The blue touch paper for the 2nd phase of Milton Keynes’ expansion has been lit.

The City will double in size and is projected to become the 10th largest city in the UK - competing economically and culturally with other elite cities in Europe and throughout the world. It is an economic powerhouse for an entire new region.

Milton Keynes’ growth offers a range of first class opportunities, many within the city centre. Over £1 billion of private investment is currently translating into architecture, infrastructure and an unparalleled air of optimism throughout the city.

Already on the city skyline: The Pinnacle, which is the largest office development in Milton Keynes. A sign of the confidence in our city is that around 50% of the space in the 200,000 sq m premium development, due to open in 2010, is already taken.
