Following the opening of Phase One of Milton Keynes' UEFA Elite standard 32,000 seater stadium, work is continuing on the 3,000 seat arena and the state-of-the-art hotel complex.

£130m worth of enhancements at Central Milton Keynes Railway Station are underway. The project will enable additional daily services, especially at peak times.
Providing an impressive gateway to Milton Keynes, the new coach terminal development is already underway. It will incorporate a ticket office, café and additional facilities for local and national coach operators, together with a 500-space park-and-ride facility to be operated by Milton Keynes Council.
Road Infrastructure
Milton Keynes has seen a large investment in highway improvements to fully prepare the city for future increases in traffic volume - including the soon to be completed development of Junction 13 and 14 of M1.
